We all know how beneficial having an Instagram scheduler is to ensure that your creating consistent content. Batch-creating content saves you time to spend on other things in your business or life. But, with so many Instagram planners on the market. How do you know which Instagram scheduler is worth your precious time? In this post, we’ll be touching on the reasons why you should switch to Plann Instagram scheduler. I’ve used every Instagram planner imaginable, and have been loyal to one, in particular, Planoly. Although I do love the entire vibe of Planoly and the feature-rich platform they over. I felt like it was time to move on. This is how I came across Plann Instagram Scheduler.

Why do you need Instagram schedulers
Instagram schedulers not only make it easier for you to plan out your Instagram team. But, they offer valuable features you can leverage to help save you a whole lot of time! We know how overwhelming it can be to be consistent and to keep up with Instagram and make sure your users are engaging with your content. Planning your Instagram content in advance helps you to create thoughtful captions and curate your content depending on your content calendar. I can go on about how beneficial this can be for you, but these should be good enough reasons for you to think about using a scheduler instead of posting on the fly.
What is Plann?
Plann or Plannthat as it’s also known as is essentially an Instagram Scheduling app. It was created in Sydney, Australia. Created to help creators and entrepreneurs save time and take the stress out of content planning. Plann has many features like their media library, ability to upload straight from Canva, access to free stock image sites, hashtag sets and so much more! Let’s deep dive into their features and pricing…
Plann’s features
Plann has so many amazing features to help you. The above features are for any of the pro plans. Although, the free plan should be more than enough for most users. I personally upgraded as I found the pro plan to be ideal for my needs, especially the ability to plan my Reels and stories within one app. I have been doing this on a separate up – but really wanted one app that does it all.
Plann’s pricing and plan options
Plann’s pricing is quite similar to other Instagram schedulers. They offer a free plan which does give you limited access to some of their features and you have 30 posts to use for the month. Whereas all the paid pricing plans offer you access to all their features, given that the more expensive plans allow you to add multiple accounts, this is ideal if you’re working in a team. If you’re a one-man show then the Power User plan is perfect for you, and the plan I currently use. I’ve been using Plann as my main Instagram scheduling platform for a few weeks now and I am mind blown with how stunning the interface is and how easy it is to use the platform.
The ability to plan (no pun intended 😅) my reels, stories and feed posts all from one face has been pretty amazing. No more downloading a billion apps (slight exaggeration) just to get the features I am looking for. I also love that the Plann family often has extra bonuses like caption ideas to make content creation even either. The media library is another feature that completely sold me on Plann and its paid plan. You can have countless collections – basically like labels to categorize your content. As previously mentioned you can also upload straight from Canva! This makes it easier to create your design and instantly have it upload into Plann without even leaving the Plann app! Pretty cool right?
I would highly recommend you try out their free plan – Plann does offer new users a 7 day trial on a paid account so that you can familiarize yourself with all the amazing features before making the commitment.

I’ve never used a planning app for Instagram oddly, I have for FB and Twitter but never Instagram x
You should definitely look into it, it makes it so much easier to create content.

You should definitely try it! They have so many wonderful tools that can help you.
I have to say that I’m not a fan of Instagram, so I’m unsure if I’d actually pay for anything to do with it – although this could be what I need to actually get into it! xBeautylymin

I’ll definitely check it out – thanks for putting it on my radar!Jasmine xx
